Our discount cellular shades, also known as honeycomb shades and cell shades, are available in several different cell sizes. Cellular shades come in 3/8 inch cells, ½ inch cells and in ¾ inch cells. Cell shades come in translucent and blackout opacities. Translucent shades diffuse the sunlight, blocking out ultraviolet rays protecting the interior furniture and flooring. Our blackout cellular shades have a special metallic coating inside the cell shade structure blocking out all exterior sunlight. Cellular shades are made of polyester material and also have a large selection of colors and textures available. Honeycomb shades can be ordered with a top down / bottom up feature allowing the top portion of the window to be exposed while providing shade coverage at the bottom position of the window.
